You don't know what Scare Tactics is ? Scare Tactics is a reality show on the Sci-Fi Channel. First hosted by Shannen Doherty, and now by Stephen Baldwin, it is a hidden camera show putting unsuspecting victims into terrifying situations usually involving movie-style special effects and makeup.
